Our history began over 30 years ago with Sue Suster creating and developing custom rugs. At that time she was literally on her hands and knees cutting out carpet designs . . . one of the first to create unique custom rugs from broadloom. Her designs were in such demand that both Sue and her husband, John, took the opportunity to expand by incorporating them into the specialized boutique rug and carpet store - Village Carpets.
